The Prince's Trust, Prince's Operation Entrepreneur program has played an integral roll in the development of many new businesses including that of Cache Creek Machine Shop 2019 Ltd. This organization provides transitioning Canadian military personnel and veterans with the education, tools and resources needed to successfully open and operate their own businesses.

Joe is a 10 year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. He has completed multiple operations foreign and domestic. Serving as a Marine Engineering Technician, his responsibilities included operation and maintenance of the Ships plant at sea and alongside. He also maintained a qualification as an elite Ships Diver aboard multiple classes of Canadian Warships. After retiring from the Royal Canadian Navy, Joe entered the Mining sector as a maintenance millwright while creating Double U Industrial Mechanical Services Ltd, which has now successfully transitioned to Cache Creek Machine Shop 2019 Ltd.

After graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Louise enjoyed many years as a civilian contractor to the Military as a member of the Personel Support Program. She then went on to run a successful small business for 8 years before closing and moving to Kamloops. Louise was the Business Development Manager for Double U Industrial Mechanical Services, and now Cache Creek Machine Shop 2019 and is responsible for business/client relations throughout British Columbia.
